Dr. Tim Wu, the Executive Director of Edu-Connect Southeast Asia Association in Kaohsiung, Taiwan served as the resource speaker of the seminar on Innovative University Governance on July 9, 2018 held at the Lecture Room, CITE Bldg. Pablo Borbon Main I. The speaker shared his advocacy of building “Industry, City, University Entrepreneurship” linkages and taught them on how to create the proper mentality in achieving good governance.
