The College of Medicine of the Batangas State University is led by Dean Linda D. Tamesis, MD who is the former Dean of the College of Medicine at the Far Eastern University – Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. She has more than 35 years of teaching experience,a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Pathologists, and holds a Masters degree both in Physiology/Immunology and Hospital Administration.

The Dean is assisted by five chairs, all of whom have teaching and administrative experience and are experts in their assigned areas.

The DYNAMIC ACADEME is composed of more than 20 full-time faculty; medical professionals, accomplished educators and junior practitioners, all of whom are active in preparing and implementing the innovative curriculum of the college. They are energetic and passionate mentors who reach out to students creating a pleasant learning experience in the arduous study of medicine.

Faculty members are all distinguished individuals of good standing in their respective academic and specialty societies. They are practicing physicians, community leaders and researchers who impart their usual and exceptional experiences to the curious learners providing knowledge and developing skills and personalities appropriate for their clinical futures.
