Notes: *Deadline for the Students to File for Application for Graduation – College Deans shall ensure that all graduating students were able to file graduation before the deadline, after which the list of students who filed application for graduation with its corresponding application forms will be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.

**Last Day for Graduating Students to clear deficiencies – after the submission of the list of students who filed application for graduation with its corresponding application forms by the College Deans to the Campus Registrar, the latter will conduct evaluation of student records and post the deficiencies of each students. College Deans and Campus Registrars shall ensure that deficiencies of the candidates for graduation will be cleared on the specified date.

***Local Deliberation of Colleges – after the deficiencies of the candidates for graduation, and submission of grades for graduating students, the Campus Registrars shall then finalized the list, which shall be used during the Local deliberation. No official list of candidates will be used during deliberation except those prepared by the Registrar.

****Final Examination for non-graduating students is scheduled on the 17th Week of the Semester, uploading of grades will be on the 18th week.
