Accounting Office
The Accounting Office is responsible in providing reliable, accurate, complete, valid and timely financial reports. It initiates implementation of accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Its tasks involve analyzing, recording, classifying, summarizing and communicating all transactions involving receipt and disposition of government funds and property, and interpreting the results thereof.
The Accounting Office provides the following frontline services:
- Re-Assessment of Tuition and Other School Fees
- Request for Cancellation/Dropping
- Processing of Student's Clearance
- Request for Statement of Account
- Processing of Promissory Note
- Processing of Student's Refund for Overpayment
