Batangas State University, The National Engineering University, has just finalized the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) of Indonesia on May 20, 2024.

On May 9, 2024, Batangas State University (BatStateU) conducted the IT Specialist Certification in Computer Networking for students and faculties held at the CET Building's Computer Laboratory 1 and 2.

In support of the Learning Express Program 2024, an activity organized by the External Affairs Office-Central and in collaboration with Singapore Polytechnic, Dr. Sharon G. Angulo-Vice Chancellor for Development and External Affairs, Engr. Rosana C. Lat-Vice Chancellor for Research Development and Extension Services, and Asst. Prof. Jennifer A. Basilan-Head of External Affairs of JPLPC-Malvar Campus visited the program's participants, facilitators, and community members on the third day of community immersion at San Andres, Malvar, on April 5, 2024.

On February 2, 2024, a significant donation event took place at Batangas State University JPLPC Malvar. The donor, SOHBI KOHGEI (Phils.), Inc., initiated a generous act aimed to enhance the environmental cleanliness and sustainability of the university premises.

On December 13, 2023, a training activity was held in Partnership with Lipa City Colleges titled "Revisiting The Essence of Forensic Science Through Equipment and Tools' Utilization" at the Audio Visual Room (AVR) of the CIT Building, BatStateU JPLPC Malvar Campus. Dr. Thaddeus I. Bartolome from Prince Valiant International Corporation led the seminar, demonstrating the use of forensic tools like the Polygraph machine and microscope to both BatStateU JPLPC Malvar Campus criminology students and guests from Lipa City Colleges. The participants were also given the chance to manipulate and try the equipment during the simulation part. The event included a Q&A session, certificate awards, and closing remarks by Mr. Karl Clarence Canlubo, also a BS Criminology instructor, leaving attendees motivated to apply their newfound knowledge.

Batangas State University TNEU JPLPC Malvar, in collaboration with the University Malaysia Pahang (UMP), conducted a virtual training session on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery. This session, held on December 11-12, 2023, focused on the following topics: (1) Introduction to CNC machinery, (2) Types of CNC machines, and (3) CNC programming and operation.

Dr. Mohd Azmir Bin Mohd Azhari, Director of the Centre for International Relations at the University Malaysia Pahang, visited Batangas State University (BatStateU) on November 9, 2023. He was welcomed by Dr. Amado Gequinto, Chancellor of the BatStateU Malvar campus; Dr. Sharon Angulo, Vice Chancellor for Development and External Affairs; Asst. Prof. Jennifer Basilan, Head of the External Affairs Office; Dr. Glenn Caraig, Dean of the College of Engineering Technology; and Dr. George Compasivo, Associate Dean of the College of Engineering Technology.

Batangas State University JPLPC-Malvar virtually co-hosted the 3rd National and International Conference which was spearheaded by Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University last October 28, 2023, with the theme "Next Normal Readjustment for Future Sustainable Development. The event aimed to equip participants with insights and strategies for navigating the evolving landscape toward sustainable development in the future.

A remarkable joint virtual class took place on October 24, 2023, forging a deeper bond of collaboration and partnership between two prestigious educational institutions: Batangas State University TNEU JPLPC Malvar and Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. This extraordinary event, was held under the theme "Harmony in Diversity, Uniting Minds: Exploring Philippines and Taiwan Connections".

A CCTV Installation Training, in partnership with Malvar Senior High School, was held on April 13 and 20, 2023.
