Batangas State University, The National Engineering University (BatStateU The NEU), stands in solidarity with the international community and the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) in the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW), running from November 25 to December 12, 2024.
With the theme “VAW Bigyang Wakas: Ngayon na ang Oras,” this year’s campaign emphasizes the urgent need for action to eliminate violence against women by promoting awareness, fostering community engagement, and advocating for gender equality. The BatStateU Gender and Development (GAD) Office spearheads a series of activities aimed at empowering women, educating stakeholders, and creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.
