On March 26, 2023, the International Association of Physical Education and Sports Incorporated held an International Webinar on Sports Biomechanics via Zoom and Facebook Live. The webinar was attended by two (2) faculty members, including Dr. Teejay D. Panganiban, Program Chair, BPEd and Vice President of IAPES, Inc., and Mr. Michael H. San Miguel, Head for Sports. Fourth year BPEd students who attended are Mr. Raven Nicole O. Balba, Ms. Jazerie Jan D. Castillo, Ms. Mary Chris G. Godoy, and Mr. Mark Jason M. De Ramos.
The webinar focused on the latest developments and research in sports biomechanics, providing attendees with valuable insights into how biomechanics can be applied to improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. The speakers led the discussion, sharing their expertise and engaging the students in interactive virtual activities and discussions.
