Batangas State University JPLPC-Malvar virtually co-hosted the 3rd National and International Conference which was spearheaded by Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University last October 28, 2023, with the theme “Next Normal Readjustment for Future Sustainable Development. The event aimed to equip participants with insights and strategies for navigating the evolving landscape toward sustainable development in the future.

A remarkable joint virtual class took place on October 24, 2023, forging a deeper bond of collaboration and partnership between two prestigious educational institutions: Batangas State University TNEU JPLPC Malvar and Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. This extraordinary event, was held under the theme “Harmony in Diversity, Uniting Minds: Exploring Philippines and Taiwan Connections”.

International Webinar: “ Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction in Practice” and “Tought it Up: A Talk on New-Found Resilience and Grit in the Midst of the Unknown”

Batangas State University JPLPC-Malvar, College of Arts and Sciences, together with the Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, conducted one of their minor activities, a psychosocial-skill-based webinar on the 24th of November 2022 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM via Zoom Meeting. It provided students with knowledge about mental preparation before, during, and after a disaster. Other than that, it was intended to stabilize their emotions and behavior towards such phenomenon.

Batangas State University, College of Engineering Technology held an online training titled “Tune – up: Upgrading Auto Skills, Meeting the Need of Time and Mileage and Embracing Auto Skills, Meeting the Need of Time and Mileage” on June 21-22, 2022 via Zoom. On the first day, the topic for dealership and career opportunity was discussed continuously till the end by Mr. Roselito Esquillo.

Road Safety for EveryJuan: Safe Driving Tips and Basic TroubleShooting Training with Mitsubishi Motors Philippines

Batangas State University, College of Engineering Technology held an online training titled “Road Safety for EveryJuan: Safe Driving Tips and Basic TroubleShooting” on December 7, 2020, with 100 participants attending it. Mr. Dario Orca, Assistant Manager for After Sales Training of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines, served as the events’ resource speaker. He discussed the safety precautions on driving and how to become a defensive driver. He also discussed different car problems and how to troubleshoot it. The speaker also presented different symbols and signs that can be seen in the highway.

Who Can Apply Admission Stages Project Experience Portfolio (PEP) Application Procedure Who Can Apply Undergraduate Programs Applicants must have completed, or be currently enrolled in, Senior High School from any recognized institution. Both local and foreign applicants are welcome, subject to university and government admission requirements. Engineering Programs – Open to graduates of the STEM or Pre-Baccalaureate Maritime strands. Graduate Programs Click this link to see the list of graduate programs Admission Stages Admission to the BatStateU Aboitiz LIMA Campus involves two key stages, each designed to evaluate both academic strength and applied technical experience: BatStateU College Admission Test (CAT) Assesses core competencies in: Logic and reasoning Numerical ability Communication skills Technical ability (Weight: 50% of total admission score) Project Experience Portfolio (PEP) and Interview Evaluates prior project experience, technical proficiency, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through: Submission of project outputs Interview with faculty and industry representatives (Weight: 50% of total admission score) Applicants must obtain a minimum of 25% in each stage to qualify for ranking and selection.
