Batangas State University Lobo thru its Higher education building serves as a teaching and research hub for the promotion of academic excellence and innovative education that is responsive to the emerging needs of the times. The HEB has classrooms and other facilities which are well-lighted, properly maintained and ventilated conducive for education.

BatStateU Lagadlarin experimental farm are well-managed; have different section for different specialization such as in Animal Science, Crop Science, and Forestry; accommodated different stakeholders engage in research; and training ground for students.

BatStateU Lobo have mangrove farm that served as laboratory and research area for forestry.
