Barcelon, through the Nasugbu Special Events Committee, in collaboration with the Parish of St. Francis Xavier and its parish priest, Rev. Msgr. Madlangbayan, Alfredo The Parada de los Toros, which featured cows and carromatas in a colorful parade, each with a different theme representing Filipino creativity, is one of its highlights. Another is the blessing of the cows, during which the community prays through St. Francis Xavier's intercession for God to bless the male and female cows so that high-quality Batangas beef may be produced.
