Who Can Apply Admission Stages Project Experience Portfolio (PEP) Application Procedure Who Can Apply Undergraduate Programs Applicants must have completed, or be currently enrolled in, Senior High School from any recognized institution. Graduate Programs Click this link to see the list of graduate programs Admission Stages Admission to the BatStateU Aboitiz LIMA Campus involves two key stages, each designed to evaluate both academic strength and applied technical experience: BatStateU College Admission Test (CAT) Assesses core competencies in: Logic and reasoning Numerical ability Communication skills Technical ability (Weight: 50% of total admission score) Project Experience Portfolio (PEP) and Interview Evaluates prior project experience, technical proficiency, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through: Submission of project outputs Interview with faculty and industry representatives (Weight: 50% of total admission score) Applicants must obtain a minimum of 25% in each stage to qualify for ranking and selection. Project Experience Portfolio (PEP) The Project Experience Portfolio is a signature component of the BatStateU Aboitiz LIMA Campus admissions process, reflecting our strong link between academic learning and industry application. Each applicant must submit a digital portfolio containing: Project Description – Title, duration, and overview of the project Skills and Expertise – Technical skills, engineering tools, or software proficiency Role in Collaborative Projects – Contributions and teamwork experience Outcomes and Achievements – Impact, innovation, and results achieved Personal Narrative – Brief reflection on learning and goals Application Procedure All applications are submitted online via the official Batangas State University Testing and Admission Office (TAO) portal. LIMA About Programs Campus Life Strategic Centers Admissions Careers LIMA About Programs Campus Life Strategic Centers Admissions Careers Home / Page About the Campus Our Story Campus Administration Industry-Based Learning Our Story The Batangas State University ‚ The National Engineering University and Aboitiz Economic Estates have joined forces to establish the BatStateU Aboitiz LIMA Campus‚ a pioneering model of industry-based education in the Philippines. This collaboration combines BatStateU’s legacy of academic excellence with Aboitiz’s leadership in infrastructure, technology, energy, and sustainability. Together, they aim to nurture a new generation of professionals who are both academically proficient and industry-ready, equipped with the competencies to thrive in a rapidly evolving global economy. The partnership took root in August 2024, when the concept of a BatStateU campus within LIMA Estate was first presented to Mr. Raphael De Mesa, Head of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates. Strategic dialogues continued in early 2025, leading to joint activities such as curriculum co-development workshops, technical planning sessions, and engagements with key industry stakeholders within the estate. A major milestone was reached on June 13, 2025, when the Aboitiz InfraCapital Board approved the donation of ten hectares of land within the LIMA Estate to BatStateU for the development of its new engineering and technology campus. This was followed by the University Board of Regents’ approval on June 19, 2025, formally establishing the BatStateU Aboitiz LIMA Campus and its program offerings. The partnership was officially sealed on August 12, 2025, through a Memorandum of Agreement signed in Makati City. It is located at Rizal Avenue, Batangas City, and has a land area of 5.96 hectares. Nestled at the heart of the city, its proximity to the Batangas International Port and convenient access to the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR), coupled with its strong program offerings in a 21st century environment, makes it an ideal academic destination for students and opens collaboration opportunities with national and international partners. College of Accountancy, Business, Economics and International Hospitality Management The College of Accountancy, Business, Economics and International Hospitality Management is an institution offering nationally-accredited graduate and undergraduate programs in Business and Hospitality Managements, Customs and Public administrations, and Disaster Risk Management. Comprised of more than 100 faculty and support staff catering to more than 3,500 students, the college has been the prominent producer of license professionals in the field of Accountancy and Customs Administration; competent graduates in the wide array of business, entrepreneurship, management accounting, hospitality and tourism management, public administration and disaster risk management in the region and the country. College of Arts and Sciences The College aims to provide exemplary leadership essential to the education of proficient and humane professionals in the arts and sciences. College of Law The College of Law is steadfast in its vision of academic excellence. It is rigorous in the maintenance of academic standards. It is likewise demanding when it comes to faculty hiring. Thus, the faculty consists of trial judges, seasoned practitioners, and scholars, all whom possess the work ethic of a competent and dedicated law professor. Just as Rome was not built in one day, the Batangas State University College of Law is optimistic that, guided by its vision of academic excellence, it will in due time produce competent and socially responsible lawyers. College of Health Sciences On June 2005, after the separation of AHSE (Associate in Health Science Education) from School of Science and Public Health, the College of Nursing emerged; and with it, was the introduction of new program, entitled Bachelor of Science in Nursing; which was granted with CHED recognition dated October 23, 2007. In the year 2009, the college finds itself expanding with more students, as it adopted a new program: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. College of Teacher Education The College of Teacher Education endeavors to produce well-rounded academicians who possess technical, pedagogical and research skills in order to address the challenges of diverse educational settings and engage in lifelong learning. College of Medicine The Batangas State University College of Medicine began its operation in August of academic year 2021-2022. The plan for its establishment was finalized and approved by the Batangas State University Board of Regents in December 2020. The program reflects the University’s commitment to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals of ensuring healthy lives for all at all ages. The principal aim is to develop holistic and technology-oriented medical graduates. Basic Education The Batangas State University Integrated School offers an integrated and enhanced K to12 curriculum . It serves a threefold-function : 1) to serve as a feeder school for the University 2) to function as a laboratory school of the BatStateU College of Teacher Education and 3) to provide educational service to the children of the faculty and employees of the university and of the general public.
